The barbers here are all very nice and I've never felt excluded or uncomfortable coming here as a fat trans man. They have a single stall washroom at the back with no gendered marker. Their chairs are pretty wide and very comfortable for a mid-fat such as myself (I wear about a 46"waist in jeans), although those much larger than me should double check that they will be comfortable. Despite having a very masculine barbershop vibe they've never batted an eye at my being there at various points of passing/not passing even a little. I walk with a cane and havent had any issue with having seating while I wait and a place to lean my cane while getting my hair cut but I'm not sure how well those in wheelchairs, especially larger chairs, would fare in terms of having enough space for their chair while waiting. There are no stairs coming in or out though. My only complaint is that its always quite loud inside with music and talking, and as someone who struggles with sensory processing it can feel a bit overwhelming on a bad day.
